Rwebservice Email operates on a transparent pay-as-you-go pricing structure charged at ₹0.10 (0.1 RS) per email sent. Because server resources, bandwidth, direct gateway allocation, and sending quota are reserved immediately upon payment processing, funds added to your balance cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred.
Any remaining credit or unused email balance in your account does not expire, but it cannot be redeemed or converted back into monetary refunds once added to your account.
If an account is suspended or closed due to violations of our Terms of Service (such as sending unsolicited spam, invalid address list blasts, or prohibited content), all remaining account balances are forfeited without any right to a refund.
